游伴（YouBan，以下简称"本应用"）是一款 AI 驱动的旅行导览应用，为你提供个性化的景点讲解、路线规划和实时旅行建议。本应用无需注册或登录即可匿名使用。我们高度重视你的隐私保护，并以透明的方式说明本应用如何收集、使用和保护你的信息。请你在使用本应用前仔细阅读本隐私政策。

一、我们收集哪些信息

为提供导览服务，本应用可能收集以下信息：

• 位置信息（粗略位置）：用于为你推荐附近的景点、活动和导览路线。
• 对话内容：你与 AI 导游的文字及语音对话内容，与匿名会话标识关联，用于生成导览回复并保留会话记录。
• 照片与图片：你主动拍摄或从相册选择上传的照片，用于 AI 识别你所在的景点。
• 语音数据：你使用语音输入时的音频，用于转写为文字以进行对话。
• 使用数据：产品交互信息（如浏览、点击、功能使用），用于改进服务。
• 设备信息：匿名设备标识、设备型号、操作系统版本等技术信息，用于关联会话、兼容适配与问题排查。

二、我们如何使用这些信息

• 提供 AI 对话导览、附近景点推荐、路线规划等核心功能；
• 识别你拍摄或上传照片中的景点并提供讲解；
• 将你的语音输入转写为文字；
• 保存你的收藏与会话记录，便于你随时回顾；
• 分析使用情况以改进产品体验、排查技术问题。

三、第三方服务

为实现 AI 导览功能，本应用会将你的部分输入发送给第三方服务进行处理：

• 第三方大模型服务：为生成 AI 对话回复，我们会将你的文字、语音转写文本及上传的图片发送给第三方大语言模型服务商（如火山引擎、阿里云百炼、DeepSeek 等）进行处理。这些服务商将依据其自身的隐私政策处理相关数据。
• 地图与地点数据服务：为提供基于位置的景点与路线功能，本应用会使用第三方地图及地点数据服务。

我们仅向上述为实现功能所必需的第三方传输完成服务所需的最少信息。

四、数据存储与共享

为提供云端 AI 服务，你的对话记录、收藏等数据会以匿名会话标识关联的方式存储在我们的服务器上，并在传输过程中采取加密等保护措施。

我们不会出售、出租你的个人信息，也不会将其用于广告投放或跨应用的用户画像分析。除上述为实现功能所必需的第三方服务外，我们不会将你的数据共享给无关第三方，法律法规另有要求的除外。

五、数据安全

YouBan (the "App") is an AI-powered travel guide application that provides personalized sightseeing commentary, route planning, and real-time travel suggestions. The App can be used anonymously without registration or login. We take your privacy seriously and explain transparently how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide guide services, the App may collect the following information:

• Location (approximate): Used to recommend nearby points of interest, activities, and routes.
• Conversation content: Your text and voice conversations with the AI guide, associated with an anonymous session identifier, used to generate responses and keep your chat history.
• Photos and images: Photos you actively take or select from your library, used by AI to recognize the place you are visiting.
• Voice data: Audio from your voice input, used to transcribe into text for conversation.
• Usage data: Product interaction information (such as browsing, taps, feature usage), used to improve the service.
• Device information: An anonymous device identifier, device model, and OS version, used to associate sessions, ensure compatibility, and troubleshoot.

2. How We Use This Information

• Provide core features such as AI conversational guidance, nearby recommendations, and route planning;
• Recognize the place in photos you take or upload and provide commentary;
• Transcribe your voice input into text;
• Save your favorites and chat history so you can revisit them;
• Analyze usage to improve the experience and resolve technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

To enable AI guide features, the App sends some of your input to third-party services for processing:

• Third-party large language model services: To generate AI responses, we send your text, transcribed voice, and uploaded images to third-party LLM providers (such as Volcengine, Alibaba Cloud Bailian, and DeepSeek). These providers process the data under their own privacy policies.
• Map and place data services: To provide location-based POI and route features, the App uses third-party map and place-data services.

We transmit only the minimum information necessary to the third parties required to deliver these features.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

To provide cloud-based AI services, your conversation history, favorites, and similar data are stored on our servers associated with an anonymous session identifier, and protected with measures such as encryption during transmission.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, nor use it for advertising or cross-app user profiling. Except for the third-party services necessary to deliver features as described above, we do not share your data with unrelated third parties, unless required by law.

5. Data Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Use the App anonymously (no registration or login required);
• View, modify, or delete the favorites and chat history saved in the App;
• Uninstall the App to clear locally stored data;
• Revoke location, camera, photo library, or microphone permissions via iOS Settings (this may affect related features).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to product updates or changes in laws and regulations. Revised policies will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be communicated through in-app notices or release notes.
